What cookies are
Cookies are small text files holding a small amount of information. They are stored on your computer, phone or other device — or in your browser's memory — and sent back to the site on each subsequent visit. That is how the site recognises you and remembers your preferences: so you need not re-enter your details on every login, and so you find your product still in the cart if you did not complete the order. Information collected through cookies does not allow you to be identified as a specific person.
Necessary cookies
These make the site work correctly — signing in, the cart, CSRF protection and remembering your language. Without them an order cannot be placed, so they are not optional and rest on our legitimate interest in providing the service.
Functional cookies
These let us adapt the site to your preferences and remember the choices you have made. The information is anonymous, used for limited purposes and kept for a limited period.
Analytics cookies
The site currently uses no analytics cookies — statistics are switched off. If they are switched on, we will use Plausible, which collects only anonymous, aggregated traffic data, sets no tracking cookies and does not follow users across sites. We will tell you, and it will happen only after your choice.
Advertising cookies
We use no targeting or advertising cookies, and we do not allow advertising partners to set any through this site.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies from your browser settings — accept all, reject all, or be notified when a cookie is sent. Every browser differs, so check its "Help" menu. Note that deleting all cookies also deletes the preferences you have saved, and disabling the necessary ones will stop the cart and ordering from working.
Changes to these terms
We may amend and supplement these terms at any time. On amendment we will state the date of the change, and it takes effect once published.
Email tracking · marketing messages
Our marketing emails (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, newsletter) may contain:
- 1×1 tracking pixel — an image that loads when you open the email and registers the "opened" event on our side. We do not see the content, only whether the email was opened.
- UTM parameters in links — suffixes like
?utm_source=email&utm_campaign=welcome that allow our analytics to count clicks. Links go directly to the site — no redirect tracker.
Transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, proofs) do not contain tracking. Unsubscribing from marketing is one click in the footer of any marketing email.
