What file is best for printing?+
PDF at actual size, CMYK, 300 DPI and 3 mm bleed. We also accept AI, PSD, SVG, JPG and PNG when suitable for the product.
What is a proof?+
A proof is a visualization or control file approved before production. Used on orders with risk of mismatch in size, text, color or positioning.
Can I order without a finished design?+
Yes. Pick a product, describe the need and the team will suggest design or prepress prep based on the task.
How fast is production?+
Standard lead time depends on product, run and finishing operations. Some items can ship expressly in 24–48 hours after clarification.
Do you ship?+
Yes, by courier within Bulgaria. For bulky ad constructions, on-site mounting or international shipping we quote individually.
How do I track an order?+
After confirmation you receive a tracking link. Your profile shows orders, proof status and uploaded files.
