Terms

Operating terms for online orders, files, proof, production and delivery.

Merchant

The site is owned and operated by EXTREME-BULGARIA EOOD, company number (EIK) 103816814, VAT number BG103816814, registered seat and management address at 6 Todor Dimov Str., fl. 4, apt. 11, Primorski district, Varna 9002, Bulgaria, represented by its manager Diana Georgieva Valcheva-Yanakieva. Trading address: 27 Gen. Zimmerman Str., Varna. Phone 0885 656 131, email office@extreme.bg. The company trades as Reklamen Centar Extreme and is referred to below as "the Merchant".

Scope

These terms govern the use of the site, catalog, customizer tool, cart, checkout flow and communication with the Merchant. All prices shown are in euro, VAT included.

Orders and files

The client is responsible for the content of submitted files. The team may return a file for correction when size, resolution, bleed, color profile or text create a production risk.

Prices and lead times

Online prices are indicative based on selected parameters. The lead time starts after payment, a production-ready file and an approved proof when required.

Proof and approval

After proof approval production starts from the confirmed file. Corrections after approval may change the lead time and price.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is by courier or pickup on site. Transport damage risk is handled per the courier rules and the specific case.

Right of withdrawal

Products on this site are made to the customer's individual order — from files, dimensions and parameters they supply. Under Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's order or specifications. An order may be cancelled at no cost while production has not started — that is, before proof approval or before the file is sent to print.

Complaints

Complaints are submitted with order number, photos and description within a reasonable time of receipt, to office@extreme.bg or 0885 656 131. A difference between on-screen RGB color and the printed CMYK result is not by itself grounds for complaint. In case of dispute, consumers may refer to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
